Support did eventually sort the problem out, but I had to put in more effort than I expected to get there. Glad it’s fixed now, just wish it had been a bit easier.

I tried ordering a few things, but most of the sizes I needed were already out of stock. The site itself was fine to use, but it’s frustrating getting ready to buy and then realizing the stuff you actually want isn’t available. Save yourself some time and check the sizes before you get too far into it

The rack arrived in good shape and putting it together wasn’t too bad, but I’m not super confident in the weight capacity they claim. Once I loaded it up with a decent amount, it had way more wobble than I expected?!
It might be totally fine for lighter home use, but I definitely wouldn’t push it anywhere near the listed max. Kind of wish I had spent a bit more on something sturdier

It gets the job done, but a few parts feel literally a little shaky when I’m lifting. I can still use it, but it just doesn’t feel as solid as I was hoping for regular daily workouts.

I ordered a squat rack from RitFit, and the site was easy to get around. I found what I was looking for without much trouble, so that part went fine.
Checkout worked okay, but the shipping info wasn’t as clear as I’d hoped. I had to go back a couple times to make sure I was reading everything right, which was a little annoying.

I did get the order confirmation right away, so that was reassuring. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it could definitely be a bit smoother and clearer.

I ordered from RitFit, and overall the instructions were easy to follow. The setup made sense, and most of the steps were clear enough. That said, I did feel a little misled because I expected the smaller details to be explained better, and one part took me longer than it should have. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it kept it from being a 5-star experience for me.

My bench showed up with the frame bent and the padding ripped, my gut told me it wasn’t going to be good the second I saw how rough the box looked. I emailed them about it and I’m still waiting to hear back, which is frustrating

I ordered this from ritfitsports.com thinking it would be a solid setup for my home workouts, but i’m kind of regretting it. The rack has more wobble than I expected, and even after going back through and tightening everything, it still shifts a bit when I rack weight.

Shipping was fine and the parts looked decent, so it’s not like the whole experience was terrible. But stability was the main thing I cared about, and I just don’t feel fully comfortable using it heavy. I wish I had spent a little more time looking for something sturdier.

Anyway, everything ended up getting sorted without a lot of back and forth, which I appreciated. I’m taking off one star because I did have to send one follow-up, but overall it was a good experience

I don’t want to be unfair because maybe other people have had a better experience, but personally this brand didn’t give me a lot of confidence. Something about it felt a bit sketchy to me, so I’d be cautious before buying.

The tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea where my package was, and it ended up arriving much later than the date I was given. Support didn’t really offer much help either. I’m sure other customers would feel the same if they were counting on their order showing up on time. I won’t be ordering from them again.

But the hardware pack wasn’t complete, I was missing a couple washers, and one of the bolts just didn’t fit right. I ended up having to run to the store, which was annoying when I was just trying to get it set up. Not a huge deal, but still something that shouldn’t really happen.

I bought a bench with a few attachments i was happy with it when it first arrived. It looked solid, felt decent, and I was thinking I got a good deal. But after a few months, that feeling changed. The bolts started coming loose, and the padding began tearing, which was really frustrating. It’s not like the whole thing is completely unusable, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it is, but for the price, I really expected it to last longer...

The tracking barely moved, so I got to enjoy the exciting hobby of checking it over and over with no real updates. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping took way too long. If I ever need something quickly, I’ll definitely be shopping somewhere else.
